Registration for the 2022 SAFE STREETS SUMMIT is now closed

Attention Attendees: Due to COVID-19 considerations, the Safe Streets Summit will be incorporating enhanced safety measures and protocols to ensure a safer environment for everyone. 

If you registered prior to January 21st, 2022, you are required to read and agree to the Safe Streets Summit COVID-19 Protocol and Waiver before February 4, 2022.

Failing to complete the form to agree to the COVID-19 protocols and waiver by February 4, 2022, may result in the cancelation of your registration.

Cancellation and Refund Deadline: February 4, 2022.

Group Rate Discount: Groups of 5 or more are eligible for a 5% discount on registration. For the discount to be applied, groups of 5 or more must be registered and paid as part of the same transaction. You will be able to add additional group members after the information for the first attendee is inputted. The maximum number of attendees that can be registered per order/transaction is 20. If you would like to take advantage of the group discount, please contact alba@urbanhp.org to request the discount code.

Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/Debit/Check. Payment must be made by credit card or check within 10 days of registering, otherwise your seat will be given to the next person in the queue. All unpaid registrations will be canceled on February 5, 2022.

Scholarships: Deadline February 11, 2022. A limited number of Conference scholarships are available. For eligibility and to apply, please click here.

Early Bird Discount: Discounted registration rates are available until December 31, 2021.

A Message to Attendees About COVID-19:
We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all event participants. As such, protocols will be in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19 including working with InterContinental Miami to maintain an operational plan that prioritizes health and safety for all attendees. These protocols will be shared with attendees as the event nears and local conditions can be taken into consideration. These protocols may include masking, physical distancing, and cleaning protocols.
